Server connectivity issues

What to do when you see connection error banners.

Trouve shows a banner at the top of the screen when there are connectivity issues:

"No internet connection"

Your device is offline. Check your Wi-Fi or mobile data connection and try again.

"Server unavailable"

Trouve's servers are temporarily unreachable. This is usually resolved quickly. Wait a few minutes and the app will automatically reconnect.

What about my alerts?

Your alerts continue to run on our servers even when the app is closed or your phone is offline. You'll receive push notifications as normal — the connectivity banner only affects browsing within the app itself.
