Creating your first alert
Step-by-step guide to setting up an alert in under a minute.
Tap the + button on the Alerts tab to open the alert creation wizard. It has 7 steps — most are optional, so you can be as broad or specific as you want.
The 7 steps
1Category — Browse or search Vinted's category tree. Pick one category (e.g. "Men's Trainers").
2Size — Select up to 5 sizes from a grid. Covers clothing sizes (XS–XXXL), shoe sizes, and kids sizes. Optional.
3Brand — Search and pick up to 3 brands. Optional.
4Condition — Choose from: New with tags, New without tags, Very good, Good, or Satisfactory. Optional — leave blank to include all conditions.
5Price — Set a minimum and/or maximum price. Quick-select buttons are available (Under £25, Under £50, £25–£50, £50–£100). Optional.
6Keywords — Add include keywords (must appear in the listing title) and exclude keywords (listing title must not contain these). Optional but recommended. Trouve suggests common exclusion terms to reduce noise.
7Review — See a summary of everything you've configured. Tap any section to edit it inline.
Tap Create Alert and you're done. Trouve starts monitoring immediately.
